What is the "the Innovative-Collective Management" Structure?
The special features of "the Innovative-Collective Management" structure, started on April 1st, 2020 are indicate as below:
- Group management by multiple Representative Directors
We will not create any position of President and/or Chair Person.(equal management power group)
*tentatively, we will assign CEO until the structure is established
All Representative Directors will unite by sharing the idea and vision, and take responsibility for the management and key operation of our group.
- By slimming down the size of the board of directors, speeding up the decision process
- By transferring the majority of the authorities of board of directors to other departments, minimizing the board of directors and speeding up the decision process.
- We strive to enhance corporate governance by Audit and Supervisory Committee and Group Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
An outside director with high expertise in legal affairs, accounting, management, etc. is appointed as a member of the Audit and Supervisory Committee and as a chairman of the Group Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Enhance corporate governance through auditing and supervision of each director by the Audit and Supervisory Committee, and highly-transparent evaluation of directors by the Group Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
In future, with "the Innovative-Collective Management" structure, Restar Group will further develop business in many aspects to obtain continuous development and increase of the value of our company.
